The Ministry of HRD vide missive of the alphabet F.No.7-50/2018-UT-2 dated 06th August, 2018 has conveyed the approving of Government of Republic of Republic of India for setting upwards of thirteen novel Kendriya Vidyalayas nether Civil / Defence Sector all over the province whereby the sponsoring government accept scored maximum weightage points nether the “Challenge Method” against the thirteen remaining sanctions available out of l Kendriya Vidyalayas sanctioned inward March 2017.
2. Further, pursuant to clause -I (ii) of Annexure-I of the norms prescribed for opening of novel Kendriya Vidyalayas nether Civil Sector, the sponsoring . ascendance is required to transfer the identified as well as demarcated Earth to KVS on lease or permanent transfer soil prior to opening of the novel Kendriya Vidyalayas.
3. Necessary administrative sanction orders for the opening of the novel Kendriya Vidyalaya volition endure issued at nowadays afterward transfer of the Earth inward favour of Kendriya Vidyalaya as well as afterward its possession is given to KVS. Therefore, all sponsoring government are required to transfer the requisite extent of Earth inward favour of KV as well as also fulfill the requirement of transfer of temporary edifice to Kendriya Vidyalaya government for running of Kendriya Vidyalaya likewise completing other requirements.
