Will the PRIME MINISTER move pleased to state:
(a) whether the Union Government is aware of the fact that the share operate is beingness totally disrupted due to absence of women employees on job concern human relationship of the long paid motherhood exit too kid tending leave;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has calculated days too assessed working during maternity/child tending exit for making provisions of staff to overcome the shortage or grapple upwards amongst the operate inwards the absence of women employees who are on motherhood too kid tending leave;

(e) if not, the reasons therefor?
