(b) if so, the details thereof;

(a) to (d): The Supreme Court inwards Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.30621/2011 has passed the next venture on 17.5.2018:-

“It is directed that the pendency of this Special Leave Petition shall non stand upwards inwards the means of Union of Republic of Republic of India taking steps for the job of advertisement from ‘reserved to reserved’ in addition to ‘unreserved to unreserved’ in addition to every bit good inwards the affair of advertisement on merits..”.
