Reference: This HQrs missive of the alphabet bearing No. fifty-fifty dated 30.05.2017.

Please refer to the communication cited nether reference containing guidelines regarding representation from Government servants on service matters. As per existing instructions, wherever, inwards whatever affair connected amongst his service rights or conditions, a Government retainer wishes to press a claim or to essay redressal of a grievance, the proper course of report for him is to address his immediate official superior, or Head of his office, or such other authorisation at the appropriate marking who is competent to bargain amongst the affair inwards the organization.

2. However, it has been observed that instances of bringing exterior equally good equally political influence past times the official as well as their closed relatives inwards matters similar transfer etc. are on the rise. Such tendency has been viewed seriously as well as the officials concerned may hold upwards liable for disciplinary activeness for such transgression as well as violation of provisions of CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964.

3. In this context, attending is equally good invited to DOP&T OM bearing F.No.11013/08/2013-Est(A-111) dated 31.08.2015.
