Sub: Scheme of optional ‘All Republic of Republic of India Leave Travel Concession’ (AILTC) facility, 1 time inward a block of 4 years (i.e. 2018-2021 onwards) on give upward of Privilege Passes (PP).

Pursuant to recommendations of Seventh CPC, DoP&T direct hold communicated Government’s decision, vide their OM referred above, to allow the Railway employees to avail AILTC facility inward accordance amongst the ‘Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1988’ i.e. CCS (LTC) Rules.
2. Accordingly, inward practice of powers conferred vide Rule 1(3)(iii) of Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986 (Second Edition-1993), the Competent Authority inward the Ministry of Railways has accorded approving to exclude such railway servants in addition to other eligible persons (i.e. eligible for PP) from the facility of Privilege Passes inward that item calendar twelvemonth inward which they opt for AILTC facility. 3.
