Will the Minister of PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS locomote pleased to state:-
(a) whether it is a fact that equally per the rules regarding re-employment of retired Government officials, at that topographic point is a cooling off catamenia of ane year; 
(b) if so, the details thereof;

ANSWER

MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE (DR. JITENDRA SINGH)
(a): There is no provision of cooling off catamenia of ane twelvemonth for re-employment of retired Government officials.
