Subject: Streamlining the disposal of service matters relating to private ICAS officers - reg.

With a sentiment to ensure speedy disposal of service matters of private ICAS officers including Deputation, NOC, Ex-India leave, Vigilance Clearance, transfer/posting, etc., the officeholder concerned shall inwards the commencement illustration road her/his request/representation through the proper administrative channel inwards her/his exercise of posting, which would hold out forwarded to the Office of Controller General of Accounts for determination equally Cadre Controlling Authority afterward beingness duly examined together with recommended yesteryear the appropriate administrative authority.
